Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased from Bizafy Limited for use of Reply For Me.

1. Subscription charges

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled before renewal. Where a free trial is offered, billing begins after the trial ends unless you cancel before the charge date.

2. Refund position

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable once charged. We may, at our sole discretion, consider partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate billing or clear billing error.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not normally entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

4. Maximum recovery

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refund, credit, or liability of Bizafy Limited relating to a subscription is limited to the amount you actually paid for the affected subscription.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
